Evolis High Trust PVC卡

PVC经典空白卡片，支持Evolis全部打印机，高质
量图像。经典卡片
厚度为0.76mm或是带LOCO-HICO磁条
的0.50mm。全部密封，5盒100张卡片。
 
PVC卡片使用寿命最短可达2-3年。此外，PVC卡可保证拥有优质打印效果。

Evolis High Trust PETF卡

较100%标准PVC卡来说，PETF卡采用更为坚固、
使用寿命更长的材料。频繁刷卡，更需要PETF材质卡片，
也更为环保。
 
此类卡为空白卡，厚0.76mm，每盒500张。

Evolis High Trust纸质卡

Evolis纸质卡厚约0.25mm，5盒100张卡。是制作
访客出入卡等使用周期较短卡片的理想选择。

Evolis High Trust预穿孔卡

PVC预穿孔卡厚约0.50mm，孔径5mm，每盒
100张卡，携带方便。

Evolis High Trust背面可读写PVC卡

该可读写PVC空白卡可直接在卡片背面书写或签名。
每盒100张卡，厚约0.50mm。

Evolis High Trust可重录写卡

可重录写卡，黑色或蓝色打印，可加装HICO磁条，
厚0.76mm，每盒100张卡。
 
如果卡片采用可重录写技术，在打印卡片时一般不
使用打印带。卡片本身即含有热感成份，在卡片加
热到180°C时即可将打印信息印在卡片上，随后温
度会迅速降低。
 
如果温度低于要求温度，如一般在110°C 和 160°C
之间，则颜色消失。
 
这主要是因为卡中存在两种化学成份混合后发生化
学反应，从而使卡片达到临界温度。该过程是可逆
的，可删除并重新录入信息至同一张卡上达500次
之多.

因塑料卡会产生静电，从而导致吸附大量灰尘，因此打印
卡片前需对打印机进行定期维护。吸附到卡片上的灰尘会
影响打印效果，甚至导致打印机不能正常运行。
 
为优化打印机性能和使用寿命，Evolis为您推荐一套清洁组件：

• 带清洁棉签的打印头
• 带清洁卡的打印机
• 带清洁布的清洁辊

 
建议每次更换色带和LED清洁灯报警时清洁Evolis打印机。
